In a shocking turn of events, police have reportedly opened a criminal investigation, pertaining to how Bobbi Kristina ended up unconscious in her bathtub on Jan. 31. They allegedly believe foul play may have been involved and they’re currently focusing on Bobbi’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, a new report claims.
Did Nick Gordon physically harm Bobbi Kristina Brown, leading her to be found unresponsive in a bathtub in her Georgia home on Jan. 31? That’s what police are currently trying to figure out, a new report claims. Bobbi Kristina, 21, was allegedly found with suspicious injuries that have piqued their interest.


Apparently, there is a history of violence between Nick and Bobbi, sources tell TMZ.

Police are allegedly looking into a possible altercation that would have happened more than an hour before Bobbi Kristina was found unconscious in her bathtub, the site also claims.

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Max Lomas, the friend who found Bobbi Kristina in the tub, allegedly arrived at her house at 9 a.m. on Jan. 31. He says he was hanging out with Nick, and he was told Bobbi Kristina was in the bathroom. Nick soon disappeared, according to Max, and when a cable guy arrived at the house, Max went looking for both Nick and Bobbi Kristina. That’s when he says he found Bobbi Kristina’s unresponsive body submerged in the tub, prompting him to scream for Nick. Nick immediately started CPR, Max called 911, and Bobbi Kristina was raced to the hospital by paramedics.
