Sambo Dasuki NSA ask for the postponement of next month election

National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki, said the Independent National Electoral Commission has to postpone next month's general election in order for the commission to completely distribute the Permanent voters card to voters.

He said this while speaking at London think-tank Chatham House on January 22nd.
He said a postponement within the three months allowed by the law would be a good idea so that all issues bordering on the distribution of permanent voters card as well as elections holding in some part of North eastern Nigeria would be adequately addressed.
