TRAGIC! Stuart Scott ESPN anchor dies after battling cancer


This is a tragic day for sports. Stuart Scott, a beloved sports announcer for ESPN, has died. The sportscaster was just 49.
Stuart Scott, longtime anchor for ESPN, passed away on Jan. 4 morning at the age of 49. The sportscaster had been courageously battling cancer for seven years since 2007. Stuart’s contributions to the world of sports and broadcasting are endless. He will be missed.
