She doesnt want Ludacris to win the child's custody

Two days ago, Ludacris and his fiance Eudoxie announced that they had a SHOTGUN WEDDING - before the year ended. And yesterday, Ludacris BABYS MOTHER Tamika Fuller, reportedly went down to the FULTON COUNTY COURTHOUSE in Georgia . . . and go MARRIED to a man that she's dating.

What is going on, you ask? Well MediaTakeOut.com obtained EXCLUSIVE Legal documents that show that rapper Ludacris and his Tamika are in the midst of a VERY BITTER child support case. Accordign to the documents, Luda and Tamika will be GOING TO TRIAL to determine who should have CUSTODY OF THEIR 1 YEAR OLD BABY.

MediaTakeOut.com's INSIDER explained, "At first Ludacris DENIED that the baby was his, but when he found out that he would have to pay $7,000 a month - now he wants CUSTODY OF THE CHILD.
