Now, Kim Kardashian, 34, has revealed that after recently gaining 15 lbs, she has started seeing a nutritionist.
Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, Kim explained: 'I just started seeing a nutritionist because... I eat really bad.'
I just started to eat really healthy and work out more and just try to change my lifestyle. Especially when you have a baby, I want to know what to cook and how to cook healthier.'
The comment come after Kim's latest cover shoot with Love Magazine shows her posing with an In-N-Out burger.
Earlier this month, Kim shared a flashback photo of herself at the 2009 Emmy Awards, and complained that she was 'about 15 to 20 lbs thinner' in the picture.
Elsewhere in the interview, Kim also spoke about her step father Bruce Jenner.
'I think Bruce is very happy, the happiest I've ever seen him,' Kim told Entertainment Tonight. 'Of course we support Bruce 100 percent.'
'He's our dad so we support him no matter what, and I think when the time is right, he'll talk about whatever he wants to talk about,' said Kim, talking about herself and her four sisters.
And she added: 'I will say that I think Bruce should tell his story his way I think everyone goes through things in life and I think that story and what Bruce is going through, I think he'll share whenever the time is right.
'I guess I'll kind of let everyone be curious and I feel like that's his journey to talk about, I just think it's his story to talk about, not really mine.'
Earlier this month, InTouch magazine released a cover using a Photoshopped image of former Olympian Bruce wearing lipstick, curled hair and a woman's green silk scarf for their cover.
The headline was, 'My Life As A Woman.'
Bruce was said to be hurt by the magazine cover, although he did not address it publicly.
However his soon-to-be-ex-wife Kris Jenner was thought to be furious on her ex's behalf. 'She is outraged,' a source told TMZ. Check out more pictures after the cut:
